Great relaxing outdoor pool. Pool deck is very nice. Property grounds are maintained beautifully. Room was a nice size. Comfortable bed. Bathroom was updated with a nice window and new tub/shower faucet, handle and shower head. Everything is very clean and super nice! The location is perfect--extremely convenient to Waldameer Park, Presque Isle State Park, Sara's and I-79.

This was the cleanest budget hotel we have stayed in ever. Floor was wood plank and very clean. Bed, shower, sink, and toilet were all new. If your looking for a clean comfortable room with working facilities room 37 will do.

This property was so over priced, the room floor was dirty needed to be swept and mopped, the bed only had a sheet and a thin bed spread no blanket, we went out and bought a blanket to use. The bed was actually really comfortable the best feature in the room, they are doing renovations but they are not the best craftsmanship. Have stayed in places that I did not pay a lot for that were outdated but was very clean, this was expensive and not clean, towels smelled clean but had stains on them. I would not go to this motel again.

Overpriced for poor upkeep and lacking of basic items. Beds didn’t even have a comforter, just flat sheets. No box springs for beds. No clock, lots of old, rusty items (lamps), room was not cleaned well. Linen had old stains. Towels were very small and flimsy. Poor quality. Check in area was very dirty, had dirty linen cart in middle with linen falling out, cushion with no cover. Overall dirty and very overpriced. Pool was decent, water quite cloudy. Very close to beach and lots of restaurants.
