Toilet stuffed upon arrival. Maintenance came and plunged it and said if that didn't work, he would be back with a snake. Well, it worked, barely. Barely flushed but too tired to keep calling. The next day it didn't flush at all. So, I called the front desk again and told them that the maintenance man said he would bring a snake and asked that they please tell maintenance to bring Lysol or something for the stench snaking it may cause. Well, maintenance brought a plunger again. I told him what the man the day before said...it needed a snake. We went back and forth for a bit and he left in a huff mumbling something like I'm trying to tell him how to do his job. He came back with a snake and worked on it a very long time (another indicator that the plunger would not have worked) before it unclogged. Didn't appreciate his having words with me on my weekend away. We didn't even tell them that the safe doesn't work either. The pool is great but the liner could use a cleaning. Otherwise, the staff is very nice and our room was clean.

I love this hotel! The staff are so friendly and helpful. We left behind a stuffed animal and Nichole helped us locate it and fed ex it back to us. Breakfast is top notch. Only issue is parking is tough with the restaurant right there. But over all 5 stars.

Everything is nice and clean. Rooms are a little run down and out dated, not even a smart TV and the room phone cable was completely unraveled. On top of that the bathroom wall paper was peeling and visibly patched in more than one spot and wifi was extremely spotty if it worked at all. BUT extremely friendly staff that even called up to our room to see if the $5 bill they found in the lobby was ours. Breakfast was amazing, and there is a cute diner in the parking lot for all other meals. Also a dollar general located within walking distance for all last second needs. Pool and sauna were really nice as well. Over all good experience, just wish it had a little more of a modern touch.
