The room was extremely outdate the heat wasnt working correctly the hot water in the shower wasnt working it would go hot cold hot cold. The tissues were wet insode the box. The sauna didnt work the elevator was actually duck taped together on the sode rails. I cant believe namarriott put there name on this hole in the wall

I was sick and could not make it to the hotel, called the hotel they said they understand but needed to call Expedia for the refund and your company said there was nothing u could do even thought I bought cancel insurance! Not happy at all 300$ down the drain, was not my fault I got sick and could not go! No customer service or compassion from your company! Will think twice about booking with your company again.

We had the worst stay ever! The sheets were dirty we asked the housekeeper to change them there was make up on the pillows……she handed them to us Ridley and thought we were going to change them! The hot tub was not working no signs or nothing posted. We told the front desk and the girl shrugged her shoulders…..,we went into the sauna to get warm after our experience with the hot tub to find duty toe nails all over! Make sure if you stay in Eire don’t not stay here!!! Much better at the Marriott bayfront. We moved our stay to there from now on! Unfortunately they don’t care about thier guests! We had 4 rooms and none of us will be returning!
