Heating doesn’t work

Stayed for 4 nights and heating stopped working the second night complained about it and they came to check again in night time it stopped working with temperature in minus I had to sleep 3 days without heating.

Étant arrivés à 22h00, il n'y avait plus de personnel : impossible de réclamer une serviette supplémentaire. Le lendemain soir , pareil : pas de 3° serviette. Comme nous sommes arrivés vers 22h00, impossible à nouveau de réclamer une serviette supplémentaire. Nous n'avons jamais eu accès, non plus, au local où se situent les distributeurs de boissons et friandises...
