Orly Airport is only 14 km away. Come and enjoy this comfortable 80m² house. On the first floor: You'll find a bedroom with a large closet, a spacious bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen (cooktop, microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, etc.), and a large living room. Upstairs: There are two bedrooms, one with a shower. For your comfort, the house has a heat pump, and all the windows were replaced with double glazing in January 2025. This house offers all the comforts you need. All amenities are also nearby (bakery, restaurants, bar/tobacconist, etc.). We look forward to welcoming you!
