You can call a taxi, Uber, or take the bus; the area is very safe, and you can find everything you need nearby at the mini-market or Indiana Mall.

PROPERTY RULES:

1) Every guest and visitor must register via the link prior to arrival and must show a valid passport or ID at the building entrance.
2) ALL MINORS UNDER 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THEIR PARENTS OR HAVE A NOTARIZED PERMISSION FORM.
3) Use of the apartment is permitted only for residential, commercial, or recreational purposes; parties of any kind are not allowed in the apartment.
4) Any damage caused to the apartment or the property’s belongings must be reported and will be charged to the guest.
5) In case of fire, do not use the elevator.
6) Smoking any type of substance—including cigarettes and tobacco—is strictly prohibited on the building premises and in the apartment; there is a charge of $ 50.0 USD if you are found smoking inside.
7) You are not permitted to leave any items or objects with the security guards in the building.
8) Pets are allowed, but care must be taken.
9) SEX TRAFFICKING AND DRUG TRAFFICKING ARE CRIMES; ANY DRUG ABUSE, CHILD TRAFFICKING, OR HUMAN TRAFFICKING WILL BE REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES. ACCORDING TO LAW 679 OF 2001, MINORS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM ENTERING ANY TOURIST ESTABLISHMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROSTITUTION OR SEXUAL ABUSE
10) Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
11) Whenever you leave the apartment, turn off the air conditioner and the lights, and make sure the windows and front door are closed.
12) Please do not leave the keys inside the apartment. The door will be locked, preventing it from being opened from the outside. A locksmith will incur an additional cost. Each additional set of keys costs $25.0 USD.
13) To help protect the environment, we ask that you use water and electricity responsibly.
14) Building security is not responsible for any losses inside the apartment. For your safety, there are surveillance cameras monitored by a private security company in the lobby and elevators.
15) Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Please dispose of trash from the apartment in the chute and return the keys to the host or at the front desk. Be sure to let us know your departure time and leave the windows and door locked.
