Sheets had stains and never replaced during our stay, all the surrounding areas are under construction, pictures posted for advertising are AI generated, the only good area is the pool deck. no access to beach areas at all.

Rooms are very small, parking is small and inconvenient. The staff can be rude. There’s no accommodations for smoking. Drinks are VERY EXPENSIVE. No microwave, no mini fridge, $5 a cup of coffee, they sold no carafe.

This hotel is settled infront of the ocean, however, do not expect to walk down to the water because it's not accessible and it is unsafe. Beds are comfortable and staff is friendly.There's a few taco shops and restaurants that are within walking distance. We used Uber to visit downtown and port of Ensenada. Bufadora is only about an hour drive away. Theres's also a safari style zoo and capybara zoo on the way to la bufadora. Only negative was when staff gave guests access to the bluetooth speaker in the pool area. They couldve at least switched it up or lowered the speaker since not everyone at the pool listened to the same genre/songs. We think it was a bachelorette party. They do have parking on site but its unfinished. Can be tricky if youre driving a large vehicle. It is not connected to the hotel so there's no elevator to the hotel. You have to walk up the ramps (gets trickier if you have too much luggage) but they do offer valet.

Incomplete building, no parking

Terrible building layout, the building is not finished and there is no parking. The lobby is in the 2nd floor and the showers pond.
