The pet-friendly rooms were noticeably worse than the standard rooms. They had a strong odor, there was dog hair throughout the room, and the overall condition and cleanliness were much lower quality than the non-pet rooms. If you’re traveling with a pet, I would not recommend staying here. When we raised our concerns about the condition of the room, the staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and rude, which made the experience even more disappointing.

I was amazed at how clean and how big the room was. It was very clean, organized and i couldn't believe the towels were as big and fluffy as they were. The staff was very friendly, everyone said hello to you as the passed you. Will definitely come back.
