"Sadly did not live up to its reputation. Not all bad but the accumulation of things that didnt work, were broken, went wrong including the food, general service delivery and communication, overshadowed the good. List too long and varied to mention. We did address some issues with management - a few times - but this didnt change their behaviour over our 4 night stay so we eventually gave up. The issues not only impacted our stay, but also caused us significant stress and frustration. Disappointing as was suppose to be a Christmas treat for my 91 year old mother. This was our 12th hotel stay in 3 months in hotels ranging from 3 to 5 star luxury in various parts of the world - not once in any of these previous hotels did we have cause to complain to management."
