I had booked earlier in the month to ensure a pet room on the bottom floor. When I arrived, I was told there were no pet rooms on the first floor only on the second. Thankfully, they were able to find me a pet room on the first floor which makes it so much easier to get my pet outside to go to the bathroom in the morning.

The staff are the best part of this hotel. Pool was down the first day of our 3 night stay. It was opened on our second day but no waterslide or hot-tub so that was very disappointing. The breakfast was great.
