Booked a double bed room, only got a King with two people who don’t sleep together was not advantageous to the situation…no pull out couch to help so ended up together.

It was just barely adequate. The lock on the door was loose and felt insecure. 3 days and no housekeeping service. Had to request towels & coffee at the counter. Even after ringing provided buzzer, no staff acknowledgment at 9 PM Sunday. No restaurant on Sundays. I do not recommend for a single female traveler. Hotel and parking area had an unsafe vibe. Nothing happened, but felt like it could. On the plus side: comfortable bed, good room size, room felt clean. Coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator.

Decided to stay here for a night to check out Elmira college in the morning. We got there at 4 (an hr after check in) and was told there weren’t any clean rooms yet, or housekeeping didn’t “input” the clean rooms yet and we had to wait. Now I will say the gentleman at the desk was very friendly. He walked away to talk to the manager and when asked how long it would take we were told he didn’t know. He asked her and she didn’t either. We didn’t wait long but she walked past us and didn’t apologize or say a word to us, just kept talking loud and laughing obnoxiously at someone in the hallway. We got to our room and one key wouldn’t work, luckily one did. We opened the door to the smell of a musty dusty basement. It was soooo bad. The cabinet the refrigerator is in was dusty so never cleaned, there were spider webs on the bathroom light fixture and the carpet was disgusting. We wouldn’t walk barefoot in the room. This was by far the worst place I’ve ever spent a night. If you’re thinking about booking a night, DONT!

Great place to get mugged!

Upon arrival, staff sitting out front taking smoke breaks. Front desk couldn’t figure out how to check me in. Hotel itself is in the ghetto, and I didn’t feel safe at all. Old, rundown hotel, in gangland. Great place to stay if you want to get mugged, and some bed bugs. I slept in my car that night.

Very mediocre

Bathroom was clean. Room was old and carpet was dirty. Ice machine did not work. Coffee in morning was lukewarm so I did not drink it. Room was quiet is the most positive I can say. Go a few miles up and stay in Horseheads.

It worked.

Pit stop between locations of where we are going. We were happy we made it through the night. Mold in bathroom all along wallpaper. Smell of stagnant smoke throughout the place. We lived.

This hotel does not even deserve a one star rating, it's dirty, run down. Our first room #120 given to us was dirty, switched to 284. No WI-FI in that part of the hotel, this is ridiculous, we had to use our own data for 2 days. Asked for new room with WI-FI and were given 120 & 122. Room 120 was dirty again, and room 122 had beds undone and dirty. We are very UNHAPPY with EXPEDIA and this property
