Secluded Beachfront Home on Pacific Ocean

We are located on the edge of the Pacific Ocean about 25 minutes north of Cabo San Lucas. Although very secluded, the property is part of a five-home, upscale community. The beach is very unique for it's privacy, beautiful granite rock formations and frequent tide pools. It's usually about 15 meters (50 feet) from our steps to the pacific ocean. It's very common to watch whales pass by and breach as close as 500 yards from the beach. Visitors usually spend most of the days on the beach or exploring the nearby towns of Pescadero, Cerritos and Todos Santos.

The main house has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master suite is upstairs and has a king bed and full bathroom. Off the master suite is a large sun deck with seating and 2 padded lounge chairs. The living area and kitchen are also upstairs. The kitchen has a large wood block table that seats 6. The cabinets are filled with plates, cookware, utensils, cleaning supplies and towels. The kitchen has a full cook top and oven and a refrigerator/freezer. The living room opens to a small patio with 2 seats and incredible view. Downstairs are two bedrooms with two full bathrooms. Both downstairs bedrooms have queen bedrooms.

The second house on the property (the small casita house) is not for rent.
