Check in was very quick and the driver loaded my luggage onto a cart and brought it to my room. The room was clean. Some basic maintenance was needed, in that there was flaking plaster and fluffy dark mould sprouting in a small area. Otherwise the room was great, AC cold, shower hot and the restaurant was open. It's a good place to stay near the airport.

The street is under construction generatin excesive dust, the hotel fails as there is no cleaning or maintenance personnel. The lobby was dusty. There is what is supposed to be a pond with fish in it, it is poorly done and it seems they do not clean it... looks ugly. The YV in our room did not work, I reported it three times to the reception area employees and they promissed to take action, after two hours of insisting, I just gave up. I will never use this hotel again. Bad customer service and very limited number of employees. The receptionist is the maintenance guy and the shuttle driver as well... I do not know how this place is open exploiting the employees, forcing them to multi tasking and at the same time generating poor customer service
