The heart of the villa is a large living and dining room of 60 m2, featuring an open-hearth fireplace and direct access to both the terrace and the swimming pool. The kitchen is equally spacious, equipped with a dining table, a dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, and a combination microwave, with its own exit leading to the terrace.

The first bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private bathroom with bath, shower, and WC, as well as air conditioning, forced-air heating, and direct access to the terrace and swimming pool.
