Fully equipped 3-bedroom apartment with balcony. Beachfront, located directly on the beach Fuentebravía. Direct entrance to the beach from the apartment! The best beach location in town, fine sandy beach with a smooth entrance to the water. Beach bars and restaurants just a few steps away, Fast and free optical internet available in all areas.
The apartment is newly renovated in 2021, all is new inside. The seafront balcony with outdoor furniture. The apartment has 3 separate bedrooms, a separate living room with sofa, 2 armchairs, TV, dining table + chairs. And there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, microwave, glasses, dinnerware, cutlery, accessories. Hand sanitizer available for free. And the separate bathroom with a shower.
There is the own subterranean garage for one car.
The apartment is on the second floor, there is no lift. The air-condition cooling/heating is in the living room and in all bedrooms are the main light with the helicopter :-)
