It is distributed over two floors and on the ground floor you will find the living-dining room which is spacious and bright as there is direct access to the jewel of this accommodation, its terrace. It is equipped with a table and chairs, the perfect place to have breakfast in the open air or simply relax with a glass of wine. All this while enjoying the tranquillity and the views of the Guadalete River and its surroundings. The lounge is equipped with Smart TV, air conditioning. On the other side of the corridor you will find the kitchen which is vitroceramic and has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably and feel at home. On the same floor there is a toilet. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
