Not saying all the rooms were like ours because I know we got the last one. But honestly it felt like it was falling apart. Uneven floors, raised nails that caught your socks in the floor, doors that didn’t close or open easily because the floor was collapsing. Staff was incredible, concept, location, and idea is amazing. But room 3 should be decommissioned until repairs are done.

NOT KID FRIENDLY! Our bystay was exceptional. The property was clean, the food was excellent, and the location couldn’t have been better. The only minor concern was the view from the first cabin when you arrive at the resort, on the second level, where some debris was visible to the right. FYI if you plan on using jacuzzi, it takes about 2-3 hours to fill. Overall, a fantastic experience.

The hotel is gorgeous we stayed there for the weekend. I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property itself is clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but what really made my experience outstanding was the staff. In particular, Jessica was absolutely the best. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with genuine warmth and made me feel so welcome. Throughout my stay, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—always professional, attentive, and ready with a smile. It’s rare to meet someone who makes such a difference in your travel experience, but Jessica truly did. Because of her, I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this hotel to my friends and family.

Wow I have to say it was my first time staying in a hotel like this one it was amazing the service even better they met above my expectations the staff was so helpful with my planning a surprise for my fiancé they kept in touch through WhatsApp even inch of the planning and made sure it look fantastic I was surprised did not think they would go be so beautiful and perfect more than I ever thought it would look the prices is very reasonable I definitely recommend it and plan to come stay here again. We loved this whole experience!

Stayed at Porto Marina Guatape with my family (we were 4 adults but 6 adults would fit very comfortably). It is a two-level modern cabin so you are surrounded by nature but with all the comforts.. which is my cup of tea ;) The layout is really nice: The primary suite is upstairs with direct view to the water and the lower level has 2 bedrooms (one also with direct view), a bathroom in between bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen on the other side of the rooms with a glass sliding door connecting an outdoor area where there is a jacuzzi to enjoy. Breakfast is included and it’s really good: they offer different options but my suggestion is to try the Colombian breakfast which is called “El tradicional”, it comes with cheese arepa, eggs, fruits.. I mean if you are in another country you might as well explore and try something new/different. The hotel also has a restaurant which offers tasty food. Hotel also has a dock which is very convenient because you can schedule tours and get picked up from there, for example we rented some jet skis and it was so easy to just go down to the dock to meet the people. Staff was very friendly and helpful in whatever we asked for: they can also suggest service providers for activities. Can’t wait to stay here again!

This property is simply stunning! My cabin didn't have air conditioning but I assure you it's not needed here! The nights are cool and breezy and the days never get too hot. The restaurant is world-class and the staff is amazingly attentive. The only downside of the property is the ease of mobility throughout the property itself. The hotel and its' cabins are basically on a lake-side hill, so there are lots of elevation changes. You need to navigate long, sometimes steep cobblestone paths to get to/from your cabin to the restaurant and lakeside dock. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for people with mobility issues (the gravel paths are definitely not wheelchair friendly). I'm in pretty decent shape and getting around the property was definitely a workout!!! With that being said... There's excellent room service that will bring all the deliciousness of the restaurant to your cabin! I, personally, would gladly come back!
