No respect for regulars

This is the second time I end up with dirty washcloths and get the annoying courtesy knock and 1 hour and a half early. Still you guys have the audacity to try to attempt to open the door. Do you want to get sued? I was naked hello!?

The room was dirty with toothpaste stains. My towels were dirty and reception had the audacity to want to charge me. The young lady that I checked in with has an attitude. The problem is that Im a regular and this hotel is really conveniently close to family. Hopefully my next rental wont be as bad.

very basic, simple accommodations, older renovation in kitchen and bathroom that is not holding up too well. Kitchen sink, spouting water from base if not holding correctly, bathroom counter chipping along the edges. fridge was really loud going on and off. but overall, the room was clean and functional, and the bed was very comfortable. The person at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. The laundry facilities are a high point, as all of the machines seem new and clean and easy to operate with the cashless payment. I would rate it higher if some of those little room details were taken care of. overall, it is a good value for the money.
