Enjoy this clean fully furnished beautiful modern house that comes with 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room and kitchen area. This home is ideal for families and business travelers.The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed with French doors looking out towards the backyard. Fire up the grill and enjoy the amenities the backyard has to offer whether it be getting inside the jacuzzi, sitting by the fire pit or playing a game of cornhole. No parties or events allowed.
The space
This modern cozy 3 bedroom house offers plenty of room for you and your family to enjoy their stay.

Master bedroom
offers a comfortable king sized bed, private bathroom and walk in closet with a white light make up vanity. The master bedroom also features beautiful french doors looking out towards the backyard and just steps away from the hot tub.

Bedroom 2
offers two plush full sized beds and closet with hangers and luggage rack, in a cozy, rustic modern bedroom.

Bedroom 3
a stylish airy bedroom, that includes a queen sized bed and closet with hangers and luggage rack.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances - gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and a fridge that dispenses ice and filtered water. Also included is a Coffee Keurig, Blender, toaster, slow cooker and all necessary dinnerware, silverware, cookware to prepare and serve a home-cooked meal.

Dining Room
Sit up to 6 people around the table for a comforting meal or a fun game of cards. Space can also be utilized as your work-from-home office. Additional seating is available at the bar.

Bathrooms
We provide complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body soap (located in the lien closet inside the master bathroom).
Master Bathroom has a Shower and Guest bathroom has a Shower/Spa Tub.

Extra Towels are provided and located in the lien closet of the master bathroom and in each closet of the bedrooms.

Extra pair of liens is also provided for each bed.


Our house also includes a washer and dryer for our guest to use.
Guest access
Our guest have access to the entire house and private backyard with exception of the garage.
Other things to note
OUR CLEANING PROTOCOL

An extensive process of cleaning & disinfecting of all surfaces is in place.

Cleaning crew sanitizes all the surfaces with Lysol/ Clorox. The house is also aired out.

You can rest assured that every effort will be made to make sure that the house will be safe, clean, sanitized for your arrival.

After it’s cleaned I stop by and do a quick inspection just to make sure everything is as it should be. I view each stay as if I were staying there and what my expectations would be.

My priority is to host the most comfortable stay in El Paso! If you have any concerns or need anything during your stay please don't be hesitant to contact me!
