This huge, stylish place is perfect for group trips, family vacations, or long work stays. Outside it features an amazingly large summer pool with a hot tub* for the cool Texas nights.
Inside we offer the maximum in entertainment with a fun gaming room featuring a full-size pool table, board games, and PS4 video games.
Conveniently located near delicious restaurants, fun nightlife, good shopping, and I-10.
This is a non-smoking property.
+2 day stay minimum.
+Home is for registered guests ONLY, no exceptions. +We DO NOT rent to local El Paso residents. You will be asked to upload your state issued ID and you will be not be refunded.
+No pets.
+No pool parties or events. NO POOL PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND.
+No loud music after 9pm.
+NO SMOKING allowed on the property, this includes around the outside perimeter of the property. If you or anyone in your party is a smoker, then this is NOT the house for you. If we find evidence of smoke in or around the home, you will be charged a minimum of $500 up to $2000 cleaning fee.
+Keep in mind there is NO LIFEGUARD AT THE POOL.
+The pool is 9ft. deep on the west end.
+There is no gate within the backyard around the pool.
+You will need to use the pool at your own risk.
+Children should be monitored at all times.
+No Running around the pool.
+The Pool is not heated. The jacuzzi is heated. Please send me a msg if you will be using the hot tub so I can send you the operating & fees instructions. The pool and hot tub is closed from Oct 01 through March 31.
+*Hot Tub* There is a $25 fee (per 4hrs) to turn on the hot tub. A property representative will stop by to turn it on and off for you if you elect to have this service.
+There are checkout procedures in place to ensure a smooth check out. Please refer to the manual at the front entrance.
+For your protection and the security of our home, we have 4 cameras installed around the exterior of the property. 1. Ring Doorbell 2. Over the garage facing the entrance 3. Outside the backdoor facing part of the pool 4. Over the pool equipment facing George Dieter Dr.

The place was really nice. The owner was really sweet. I didnt no how to get in to the dorr. He came right away n showed me. . I would recommend thia place to go stay. I cant wait to go back.

Great stay, loved the house and space. Only thing was there were some visibly dirty dish towels, small dead bugs and dusty surfaces. Small things to be expected in an unoccupied house except the dirty/used towels. Overall stay was great! Would recommend.

The house was lovely, the front window didn't have a curtain so I felt everyone could see in the house, especially at night, the bed in primary bedroom was very firm, if people like that then great, but it was uncomfortable, I wished the hot tub was updated and had jets, but it was nice and hot, my granddaughter enjoyed the pool, it was very cold, but it was April and not very hot out, otherwise really nice place, we enjoyed our stay.

Looking forward to the next time

My stay was pleasant and peaceful. The house was very clean and the check in process was efficient. I will hopefully be able to use this home again for a quiet day or two to recharge. The basket of goodies waiting inside was a nice plus.

Stayed many times, but not anymore

I have stayed in this house a few times and always seek it out first since it is so close to family. This time, I feel I have to write this review because things have changed so much since the last 3 or 4 times I have stayed in this home. The house is fine and I still enjoyed staying but it has declined in maintenance in the last year and this time there was little to no communication. The owner blamed VRBO but I do not have any trouble communicating in the app with any other owners and rent often. I also left some things behind and despite finally getting a response that they would send my things, they have not done so. One time I received a message that a baby was sick which I am sorry for. That was weeks ago and nothing. I have also messaged twice (at least) when I have been back in town asking to pick up my things and there is literally no response (texting, calling and messaging on VRBO) Unprofessional and though I made the mistake of leaving my things, I should be able to get them back. I will not be staying here anymore. Don’t forget your stuff and make sure you have all your communications done before getting there. They likely won’t communicate after they get payment from you. Very disappointing. I still want my things back, if you are reading this and you are the owner and I am now letting VRBO know what is going on as well.
