My first time at a Red Roof Inn Plus+! Had everything I needed. Spacious, King sized bed, fridge, microwave, television, clean bathroom, towels, iron and ironing board. Thank you!

Normally I would rate this place excellent but this time was horrible we told the lady that we needed a close room as my husband has bad knees, she gave us a room far far away, also the TV was buffering we had someone try to come and fix it and it buffered most of the time we were there, it was horrible and inconvenient, they were going to move us they never did, then last but not least the bed was extremely itchy, I had to sleep on a towel it was so bad. plus this morning the water took forever to get hot they did not care

The staff on arrival was courteous although they were a couple of individuals there that were dressed ghetto hood a that did not make the place seem very inviting with hoodie on head and earphones but the clerk handling the reservation was very courteous the the room was not in good shape the bed I had a seesaw effect where you sit on one side and it could cause someone to fall on the floor because the bed was not balanced on the on the box springs king size bed at a seesaw effect there was leftover coffee in the coffee maker and television self service system did not work
