We (3 couples) reserved 3 rooms. Long front desk line. One front desk person. The first room - key didn’t work so she returned to the front desk for another key, which also didn't work. One of the staff who was near her door "reset" the lock so she didn't need to return to the front desk a third time. The second room - key worked, but the bed was unmade, so the room was either still occupied or not cleaned. After waiting in a long line to get a new room, the issue was resolved. Third room - key worked but the room was occupied or not yet cleaned. The management of this hotel appears to be a disaster... this is a basic hotel function that was BROKEN! The hotel decor is old and worn. The staff polite but tired and understaffed. Parking convenient. Airport shuttle worked great.

The staff member (Angelica) was not very welcoming or helpful. The room we were moved to after requested upgrade was very out dated and had a smell to the room. We have stay here in the past which is why we chose this location initially. We will not be returning.
