Sraff/desk clerk was very nice but the room smelled like sewer, the shower stall did not appear clean so i did not use, the parking was across the driving area so exhaust came into thru the ac werewere very close to the rooms

Staff are ok, rooms also ok, Location is terrible because its very close to interstate and all the time you will hear traffic noise day and night. Moreover its also used by highway maintenance staff who seems to not sleep at night and keep talking loudly on their phone outside their rooms badly affecting the sleep

It's a very blue-collar crowd staying there and occasionally things with the room weren't working but the staff were nice and the room rate was insanely cheap. If you want luxury, this is not it, but you can't beat it for value. Betty at the front desk in particular was wonderful!

The front desk staff was very nice, but I had a very difficult check in. Due to a medical condition, climbing stairs is extremely painful and I am at risk of falling. I specifically requested a first floor room when I made the reservation but did not request an accessible room since stairs is the problem and I don’t want to take a wheelchair accessible room from someone who needs it. At check in I was told only 2nd floor rooms were available because the oversized haul crews always ask for first floor rooms. I was very unhappy, but I had already paid so I suffered and got my necessary belongings upstairs.

I think everybody deserves the same treatment no matter what. I was in room103 my neighbor from 104 was loud I call my husband to let him know what was going on because I was tired to call I have been driving for 10 hours straight and was very tired to I had my husband call and at first Betty told him that she would move us but the manager didn’t want us to move because he had clean the others room so I told her that I want a refund so I can go to a different hotel I think she give priority to the person in room 104 because I think she was a regular and didn’t want to get a bad reputation to the hotel it was a bad experience because over all it’s been over 24 hours since I slept so when I got to the hotel got in my room wasn’t able to sleep because the next-door neighbor was playing her music too loud. I asked if she would turn it down she didn’t so I asked the front desk. And they told me they couldn’t do nothing about it because it was during the day so I asked to be moved to another room. She said she could do that then she changed her mind because she said she talked to her manager and he said that she couldn’t change us because they we’re cleaning them I believe in a situation like that you would do everything to accommodate your guests. Whoever they may be I stayed an other places and they always accommodate. I stayed here before but as a guest, I would think your front desk people would know how to handle a situation like that
