The smoke detector went off at 4AM waking us up and they had no explanation for it. The next morning the evevator was not operating and they expected us to carry heavy luggage down two flights of stairs.

Clean but no EV charging.

Clean room but they advertised an EV charger - they do t have one. If you need one there is a supercharger down the road but this is false advertising.

I arrived at the hotel at 2 pm. I was told that check in was at 3 pm. Early check in will cost me $ 30 us. I was at the airport in Calgary at 4 am. I am repeated costumer besides a BW member. I have been in other BW and I have been allowed to check in early if the room is available without extra cost. I was there on September 29, 2025.
