The Space:

Pool/Spa heat is available, but it's not included in the reservation cost. Please inquire about pricing at least 24 hours before your arrival, as arrangements need to be made in advance.

Enjoy exclusive access to the entire Miami Style Pool House! This includes the private pool, perfect for a refreshing dip, and the outdoor grill, ideal for cooking up delicious meals. Step inside to discover the open-concept living spaces, the fully equipped kitchen, and all four stylish bedrooms. You'll also have access to the covered patio, the fire pit for evenings under the stars, and the laundry room for your convenience. Please note that the garage is locked and off-limits to guests.

Getting Around:

Getting around is easy from our Miami Style Pool House! Free parking is available on the premises for your convenience. For those flying in, El Paso International Airport (ELP) is approximately a 20-minute drive away. While public transportation options are available in El Paso, we recommend using a car or ride-sharing services for the most convenient travel to and from the property and around the city. This allows you to easily explore local attractions, dining, and shopping experiences.



Other Things to Note:

Please take note of the following details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay at the Miami Style Pool House. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee of $100, subject to availability. Please inform us in advance if you require either. The garage is locked and off-limits to guests. For pool/spa heating, it is available but not included in the reservation cost. Please inquire about pricing at least 24 hours before your arrival. The maximum occupancy is 10 guests, including visitors. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, as per City of El Paso code. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside or around the property. Pets are not allowed. Please report any damages or maintenance issues immediately. Before checking out, please place all used towels on the washer, put used dishes in the sink, take out the trash, turn off lights and appliances, and lock all windows and doors. Return keys to the lockbox. We appreciate your cooperation!
