Historic Studio Near Downtown, UTEP & Fort Bliss

Stay in a private studio guesthouse behind a charming 1915 home in historic Manhattan Heights. Enjoy a separate entrance, full kitchen, private bathroom, comfortable sleeping area, and convenient parking. You’ll be about 9 minutes from Fort Bliss and 10 minutes from Downtown El Paso and UTEP, with Memorial Park, hospitals, restaurants, and Piedras Street nearby. The main house is a separate Airbnb, and both spaces have private entrances and interiors.

This private studio guesthouse features a comfortable sleeping area with a door that can be closed for additional privacy, a Smart TV, WiFi, and space to hang clothing. The kitchen is compact but functional, and the unit includes a private bathroom and an in unit washer and dryer combo.

The mini split is located inside the sleeping area. The kitchen and bathroom do not have separate air conditioning units and rely on airflow from the mini split and the available fans. Keeping the bedroom door open helps cool the entire studio.

The studio has a private rear entrance and one designated parking space under the carport. Access is most convenient for small and midsize vehicles. Large trucks can enter and exit, but additional maneuvering may be required. An EV charger is available and shared with guests staying in the main house. If both accommodations have an electric vehicle at the same time, charger use is first come, first served.

Guests have private access to the entire studio. The unit can be reached through the rear entrance or from the front of the property using the side walkways alongside the main house.

One designated parking space is available under the carport. Access is easiest for small and midsize vehicles. Larger trucks can enter and exit, but additional maneuvering may be required. Street parking is also available in front of the main house when needed.

The main house is a separate Airbnb with its own entrance, and no indoor spaces are shared. An EV charger is shared between both accommodations and is available on a first come, first served basis.

We respect our guests’ privacy and offer self check in. We are available through the Airbnb app before and during your stay to answer questions, provide local recommendations, or assist with any issues. Because the main house is a separate Airbnb, you may occasionally see other guests in the outdoor access areas, but there are no shared indoor spaces.

No Parties
Parties are not allowed. Small family gatherings may be approved with prior request—just let us know in advance!

Smoking or strong odors indoors are not allowed. A $150 cleaning fee applies if odors are detected.

No Food on Beds or Sofas
Help us keep furniture clean—no eating or drinking on beds or sofas. Cleaning fees may apply:

Breakages
Please report any accidental damage. Fees may apply for repairs or replacements.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome with prior notice. A pet fee will be charged to cover extra cleaning. Help us keep the home fresh for everyone!
