Raelyn really shouldn’t have a job that entails contact with people. She has a huge chip on her shoulder, or just a very bad attitude. I was just laughing at how awful she could be! I would’ve thought maybe she just had some bad news or a bad day, but she wasn’t rude to her friends sitting at the bar, only us guests. Wow. Remediation needed

This is the only place I stay when traveling for business in the area. Safe, convenient to airport, shopping, so many restaurant options. The food and coffee are excellent for just chilling in your room also. Amazing service and caring staff always!!

The hotel is very nice. The elevator was a little slow. Check-in was easy at 8:30pm.

Hotel room was clean and updated. Half of the hotel faces the freeway so if you like it quiet for sleeping ask for a room on the side that doesn’t face the freeway. Gym was good, just a bit warm. Lobby has a cafe and they made a good parfait for me, it is pricey. Would definitely stay here again.
