Everything was fine great customer service. One big problem is that neither uber or lift can take you to that hotel because it is not in Google Maps, I had a lot odd problems getting to the hotel. Then actually take you to another hotel.

The carpet in the room was pretty gross. The luggage cart fell apart. The chlorine smell at the pool was so bad we couldn’t use it. I wouldn’t book there again as the neighboring hotels are in better shape…

Room was very dirty and had stains on couches if you moved furniture like microwave it was super dusty. There was a big hole in the hallway and it was very dangerous. Staff was not very friendly.

Explained to him I had called let them know I would be arriving late the female who answered failed to notate my account. Had to contact Expedia so they would call. When they did he slamed yhe key on the counter said there is your room.He was rude through the whole prosess.
