Upon arriving at the room, the pillows were lying on the floor and were obviously dirty, the bathtub was in terrible condition, and the breakfast consisted of nothing more than cereal and coffee.

This hotel is very convenient for us which is centrally located. The price is good and works well for us. But, it looks like it needs some upgrading and a bit more TLC. The tub had rust that at first looked like some sort of human waste. The clerk came up to scrub it but it turns out it was oxidation or rust that could not be removed. The exterior trash cans the evening we arrived until the next morning were over flowing with garbage and the wind had begun to blow it into the driveway. The carpets don't particularly feel clean, my suggestion is to get rid of carpeting all together. The elevator floor was dirty and had spills that had not been mopped up in some time. Also, get rid of the old phones, it is time to come into the 21st century technology. The vent fan vibrates excessively and was extremely noisy, the toilet seat is so old it needs to be replaced.

The 2 days without microwave. We bring our own food to heat but we have to throw it cold. I toll the front desk since the first day but the doesn’t bring me another microwave any day. And the coffee area without cream.
