Our room was not dirty at all but had a worn feeling. Just a handful of things but noticeable. Eg the shower door made a lot of noise when opening and closing, the towels were a little thin and the toilet flush lever had the end broken off and the room keys wouldn’t open the exterior access gates to the pool area. Not the end of the world but not the best either.

I would stay here again however I was disappointed that my key card kept erasing and I would have to go to the front desk to have them redone. Also my room had a clogged drain whenever the second floor guest would run their water and it would overflow our sink and onto floor. Toilet ghost flushed every 15-20min. I was told that maintenance would be there the next morning, when I returned at 10 PM it had not been done. I had them switched me to a different room. Toilet didn’t flush correctly, the toilet paper holder fell off wall. It would be nice to see some signs that point to the office, the way that we entered the parking lot was very confusing and I had to call the hotel to help me find the office. Property was very clean and staff was extremely nice. The rooms I were in really need updating if you’re going to call them suites.

our stay was very nice . we would stay again when travel through town. It gave us plenty of room for our children and us to be comfortable. Its always a plus to have a kitchen . Breakfast was great with options to pick from. front desk was very polite and helpful at check in.
