Notice when walking in the room was smelly, bathroom was old bunch of hair all over the place, ((worse of all after placing the children to bed, taking a shower in trying to relax in getting ready to bed sitting down ready to sleep the bed give in on front corner leg was missing I'm guessing. Trying to Call front desk when i realized the phone didn't work so had to use my cell phone (roaming charges) to let them know about the bed situation. Would prefer getting a credit 🤔

The pet room was disgusting. Dirty, smelly, roaches. Payed extra to book the pet room and still was hit for a $30 fee when checking-in. You’d think for the extra money, they’d provide a clean room. Roaches are attracted to filth-and it was filthy.

On one of the receipt we received It had the wrong address We were driving from san diego and it really disappointed us when we were in the middle of no where at midnight If you could update your addresses it would be great other than that everything else was good
