    Falta mejorar y ofrecer mas servicios

    El hotel es muy simple, pocos espacios de estacionamiento, falta iluminación en las habitaciones, no cuenta con servicio de cocina o que tengan convenios con restaurantes locales, despues de llegar en la noche solo se ofrece un café o cereal y por la mañana lo mismo, no hay opción de desayunar y debemos salir a buscar, motivo por el cual decidimos irnos del lugar.

    No hay desayuno realmente, sin embargo café, leche, cereal casi a cualquier momento y lo que uno quiera. En auto muy fácil de llegar y transportarse al centro de "El Oro", estacionamiento en planta baja, si eres de tercera edad extrañaras que no tenga elevador.

    Buena atención del personal, instalaciones conservadas para el tiempo del hotel (de acuerdo al costo), estacionamiento bueno, lo mejor fue agua bien caliente todo el día. Te ofrecen bebidas calientes por la noche, después del registro, acertado del hotel por el frio.

    No me gustó que no tuviets elevador. Nos tocó subir 3 pisos altos de escaleras, y a mis 82 años y con problemas de circulación y presión se hace pesado. Ademas vimos a otros huéspedes con problemas de movilidad (con bastón).

    Al llegar al hotel tuvimos complicaciones para estacionarnos pues el estacionamiento es muy reducido. En al recepción nos recibieron amablemente. La habitación amplia, limpia, los colchones y las almohadas de no muy buena calidad. En el baño la tapa del baño no correspondía al modelo de la taza y era incómoda. Por la noche se escucha los ruidos del que se ríe, del que camina por el pasillo etc.

    Grata experiencia en el hotel gold

    Estaba muy limpio el hotel, tiene buen mantenimiento, el personal muy amable y los cuartos muy amplios. El estacionamiento tiene los espacios reducidos, pero está bien ubicado. Nos tocaron 2 colchones que no eran muy cómodos, tenían ya hoyos que quizá deban cambiar.
