We love this hotel. It is historic and takes you back in time. The staff is wonderful and will assist you with anything you need. Each room is unique and has its own personality. The food is delicious and served with great care. Hotel Torres is an experience not just a hotel.

This place is amazing, the garden is awesome, the rooms are old style but very comfy. The owner is there to give advice or just have a nice conversation. They offer tours to the yoreme community and the river. One of the nicest hotels I've been to.

The property and its grounds are beautiful. We loved the details in the room and the gardens. The service was very chaotic, however. There was no breakfast available during our stay, and the staff seemed unsure as to whether they had booked our taxi or not. This isn't a five star property, but nice for a stay in El Fuerte.

Very nice atmosphere, great service. Really enjoyed the Hotel. No TV in room allows for complete relaxation. The gardens are amazing. Each room is unique

Un lugar digno de un pueblo magico, te transporta a tiempos antiguos y su serenidad es increible, unico detalle k no tiene alberca. Tal vez sea por el concepto de hotel relax. Pero si deberian incluir algunos jacuzzis o pilas de refresh. Si volvería.

El A/C no se podía apagar o regular la temperatura, no hay internet en las habitaciones, no hay teléfono no hay clóset solo unos ganchos de fierro, no hay teléfono , el estacionamiento está fatal. El Servicio de desayuno muy tardado, no hay cajas de seguridad y tampoco hay personal después de las 9 de la noche y solo hay un velador, Necesitan mejorar sus estándares. Las puertas de los cuartos tienen cerrojo y hacen mucho ruido los de cuarto de al Lado me despertaban

Estuve parada en la puerta diez minutos porque nadie me abría. Me cobraron una habitación y me dieron otra que estaba llena de polvo. También me cobraron el desayuno que no nos dieron y cuando le pregunté a una chica de recepción que si me podían vender algo de tomar me dijo: "el bar abre a las 6", eran 5:50. A solo unos pasos hay mejores hoteles a la mitad de precio.
