"The property itself was nice; however, there were a lot of things that were upsetting and misleading about the listing. To start, you're basically surrounded by trailers, So if you expect any form of privacy in the pool, or just outside the home, it won't happen. Aside from check-in,We didn't hear from the property owners/management, even after several messages being sent to them. The messages were never answered.The day of checkout, after we were back home,we received checkout instructions.It took a lot of different keys to get in and out of the property, and the gate only having a code to open it all the way upstairs in the house is annoying. The day we arrived, we were unable to find the pack n play, which, after traveling since 2 am with 3 children 1 being a toddler and the other being a 5-month-old, all you want to do is get them to bed at 9pm. We could not find the wifi password and when we did, it was poor and the kids could not watch anything on the days we were stuck in the house ( which was 5 out of our 7 days due to rain). And I could not answer work messages. Things in the home are either outdated or broken, like the coffee maker. All the writing was erased, so you can't figure out on/off brew etc. Saw there was a Moka pot, so we decided to use that instead, but couldn't because it had no handle. The grill outside is rusted so whatever you're grilling falls all onto the floor, making a grease mess. no laundry soap, bicycles have flat tires. just misleading."

"If I could give this 20 stars I would! Angel went above and beyond to make our stay the very best! Perfect spot! Super cute and cold room! Nearby restaurants! Everything was amazing! Highly recommend! We would def stay again!"
