Todo perfecto,hasta un solo mal rato ,desyunamos y comimos varias veces en el retaurante,ya nos conocen,en una noche el muchcho nuevo que ke atendio,No me aplico el descuento que por No tener internet para los huespedes, se les otorga durante la estadia que esten en el hotel,me esta viendo tengo llave del porton y me ve la pulsera que dan al tu hacer checkin,le dije No la tengo a la mano la deje en el hotel y aun asi No me aplico el descuento,le deje saber que eso no es bueno para el hotel y mucho menos para el como empleado nuevo,si no sabe mejor preguntar no hizo nada por ayudar al cliente . Con todo lo demas, el hotel fue super el trato.

No WiFi, no TV. The owner is too cheap. The front desk told me they were changing provider, but the truth is that no WiFi since Oct 2025, 4 months ago. Even the government reduced tax, they still charging 11.5% tax on parking.
