The staff was very helpful the room was clean the property was clean and there was no hassles no problems at all as a matter of fact I decided to continue my stay again I want to thank the staff and the management here at Rancho San Diego and Suites they're very helpful very kind and I enjoy staying here and I would recommend it for anybody else

They are remodeling the building, painting & doing some kind of constructions. Jacuzzi was close & parking and some commun areas were dirty due the construcion. Staff was very helpful.

The room was gross, there was blood on the floor and wall. The ac unit was falling off the wall and the pool was caution taped off. We stayed 1 nights out of 3 because it was so bad!! There was also a homeless man in the parking lot!

Hotel conditions and surrounding area were not family friendly. Lots of drug use/homeless on stairwell and etc. We did not feel safe enough to check in. Refunds were not offered so we just took it as a loss.

The stay was terrible. Kids were running back and forth telling until 10:30pm people telling from across the buildings. People were hanging out on stairs next to room smoking we could get water in shower on, without flight with knob. Staff was okay that came quickly when we needed something. To many work trucks in parking lot. So no where to park
