Staff was friendly polite respectful and to themselves meaning they weren't all up your you know what lol. Place is new so we had the chance to experience a hotel stay with all new appliances and what not. Although the bed was not that comfortable. The metal frame was not leveled so it was a noisy. The mattress not only was it uncomfortable and bad for my back it also would start slidding off once you'd sit on it. That's pretty much everything.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay. My experience was highly disappointing, and I do not intend to return or recommend this establishment to others. Upon arrival, the customer service was poor. The staff member assisting me was preoccupied joking with other guests and did not pay sufficient attention to the check-in process. Additionally, the music near the elevators was excessively loud and disturbing. My night was further ruined when I was awoken around 2:00 AM by guests yelling, cursing, and slamming doors. This environment felt very unwelcoming, and I did not feel safe during my stay. I hope you will take this feedback into serious consideration to improve your service and security.

I loved staying at WoodSpring Suites Santee; the room smelled brand new, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were very attentive and helpful. I would definitely live there.

Night time staff was great.. shower is set to cold.. cannot change it., three days of cold showers.. miserable.. no cups for coffee in the lobby., overall would never stay again.. too bad cause the location is good
