Pupper gives this place 5 woofs :)

We were travelling with our dog, so floor cleanliness is super important. The room was spotless, and reception even had treats on hand for our pupper. She gives it 5 stars, and so do we for comfort. The bed and pillow were amazing, and the seperate toilet stall is a really nice touch. Just a small improvement point - having a trash can handy at one of the exits for... droppings... would be really appreciated.

I've stayed here a few times traveling in the area. I knew what to expect. Clean rooms, decent beds and a included breakfast. Its not a great bang for you buck at $349 per night for a basic room but hey, what can do you. Everything else in the are was over priced that night too. All was well until I went to bed. Just fell into a REM sleep and the AC machine decided it wanted to try and vibrate itself out of the wall. It was so loud it shook the window. Turned off the AC for a few mins and tried to restart but soon after turning on the same thing happened. No choice but to turn off the AC and try to get some sleep. In the morning told the girl at the desk the AC was extremely load and got a "ok great" response. Next time will be trying a different properly when traveling in the area.

Dirty Sheet with Crumbs

Showed up after a long drive with three children. Had a swim and a bite to eat, which was fine. At 10.30 the kida were exhausted, and went to pull out sofabed - to find out there were still dirty sheets on it with crumbs of food from a previous guest. No housekeeping staff was working at that time but front desk staff provided clean sheets. No manager present in morning, and when we told the morning front desk staff she was clearly unconcerned and uninterested. Asked her to have manager call me to address, but got no call. Will not return.
