There were no cups of any kind in the room, so we chugged our juice sraight from the jug, the lights could use changing, they are very dim, quite expensive for what it is. However, It was a very convenient location, the closest brewery was in a walking distance, and the bathroom was very clean.

I don’t know who gave this motel an 7.6 rating!!! I would give it a 2! It was dirty, run down,some of the blinds were broken, bedding old and faded , hair in bed,no hand towels or face cloths. No coffee machine.sink in bathroom clogged, tv worked for 15 mins then turned off.location and outside scary to say the least. People staying at the motel were out on the landing screaming at each other. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this motel. We slept in our clothes on top of the blankets on the only two clean towels we could find.

There was nothing we liked about the property. Pictures of property were deceiving. Stairs and railing up to room were wobbly. Entrance to room was dark and eerie. Room was somewhat clean. The bathroom was very small and it was difficult to move around in. Everything squeaked, doors, floor and especially the bed. It was like sleeping on plastic. We only stayed for a few hours as we could not sleep on bed because of the noise it made when you moved. We would not recommend this motel to anyone.

Reception was friendly. Room could use a deep clean and maintenance. Bathroom had 4 lights of which only one worked. Windows and AC let A LOT of noise in. A motel of this calibre warrants $75 a night not $160.

The motel room vlinds were all broken No towels or face cloths in room. The shower was small and barely any hot water. Not very impressed with it except price.

I will not return to the Happy Motel...I'm am 'Happy' to be checking out soon. Check-in was quick...I was asked too many times if I had pets with me, and told too many times that there is no smoking in the room. I immediately had misgivings about what to expect when I saw the buildup of grime on the windows and counter. The ambience of my room was dark, dingy with several pesky flies. The TV had no service so I asked for assistance and staff promptly responded to show me how to set it up for the ball game...but I had to manually reset the TV every 5 minutes as it would switch back to 'no service'...frustrating! The wall-mounted AC was functional, but too noisy and too close to the bed...when turned off it was like listening to street noise through a hole in the wall that also allowed fumes into the room. I feel mislead by the online information available regarding these accommodations. I do not recommend these facilities unless you like paying $130.00 for below average accommodation.

Motel location was really good, easy to reach just off highway as advertised. Room was spotless and beds were good. No coffee in room but Tim Horton right across parking lot. Stairs to office were a little shaky but otherwise no problem.Good value - price was great. We would stay there again. We were happy with the Happy Motel.
