The staff are very friendly but the hotel isn't great, they should not note they have a restaurant as it is nothing more than a dismal cafe. The complimentary buffet breakfast was non-existent, there was no food. They shuttle between the airport and the hotel is not 10-20 minutes as they say, you could end up sitting and waiting for an hour late at night for it to arrive.

Stayed here for a hockey tournament in Devon. Proximity was great to the rink, having the outlet mall right there was a hit with the shoppers in the family and it was easy to get to places to eat. The hotel was also very accommodating to parents hanging out in the breakfast area in the evening to watch the Oilers on TV. Recommended stay.

Housekeeping refused to refresh our room upon request, explaining that they only clean every other day. I asked the front desk three separate times (after breakfast, around 1 p.m., and again at 3 p.m.) to at least have our garbage taken out, towels replaced, and the bed made. Each time, I was told “no problem” and that housekeeping would be notified — but nothing was ever done. When I tried speaking directly with the blonde housekeeper, she claimed she didn’t speak English — yet later responded to other comments perfectly fine when it wasn’t a request. We returned to the room at 8 p.m. to find nothing done at all. Despite repeated follow-ups both in person and over the phone, the promises were empty. Traveling with a child, it was extremely frustrating to have to tidy up ourselves after a long day. Very disappointing experience — will not stay here again.
