This hotel is a great stay. Location close to the airport, and a hot breakfast with lots of options.

The room was clean , the staff were accommodating , the restaurant staff were exceptional but the heat was horrible , the room started at 10C when we walked in and it took 17!hours to actually warm up to 20C and comfortable , just as we were checking out , it was cold and very uncomfortable didn’t get much sleep as it was too cold , not happy !!!

The hotel itself is nice and new, but the condition of the room (i.e. housekeeping) left much to be desired. Igot the sense that housekeeping just did a quick tidy and never really cleaned my room: The little decorative triangle folds on the toilet paper were very sloppily done and weren't even folded, The shower had long dark hairs stuck to the wall, The shower drain had a clump of long dark hair stuck in the drain, The bedsheets were quite wrinkled and didn't look like they were fresh.

Excellent! They need to separate the dining area from the entrance lobby. Because the cold air from the entrance door makes the dining area. Very, very cold.

As a dog owner, I dont mind paying for a pet friendly room. However, I do mind when it smells of urine. You could see where other dogs had chewed the door, and definitely sprayed in many spots in the room.
