My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious and clean. Service was excellent at check-in. Pool was amazing and I enjoyed the eggs benny for breakfast. Just two small concerns. The chain on the toilet came off so you had to life the rubber stopper every time to flush. We were only staying for one night so I didn't mind. I reported it to the front desk. The only other concern was the parking. We checked in at 3pm and paid $28.00 at the Impark parkade terminal, which was only good til 6am the next day. It was Impark and had nothing to do with the hotel. I was provided with an app from the front desk called Hang Tag Parking. I would have to wake up at 6am to add more time. They wanted $43 for 5 hours!!!!! No thanks. So I went down to the parkade terminal and paid an additional $23 for the entire day. That was the best choice. Oh well. Most hotels charge around $60/night. Plus I drove my wife to her morning meeting at a nearby office and when I returned the gate to the parkade wouldn't open. I had to go back to the front desk where they provided me with a key card to get into the parkade. Wee bit of a pain. I think the hotel needs to make the parking situation better. Other than that a great hotel. Oh, the attached restaurant Chophouse was excellent. Beautiful room and great food. They also make a damn good old fashioned.

Always have a great time when I stay at this hotel for hockey game nights. Rooms are clean, spacious, and super close proximity to a variety of restaurants and bars on jasper ave. Highly recommend this place.
