Hotel is well designed and very clean. We liked the use of wooden floors. Insuring a cleaner look and smell than traditional rugs.

Ideal place to stay in SW Edmonton

So many pros about Tru! There was plenty of good/handy parking - I always could park near the entrance. There was a water bottle refill station near the lobby. Cleverly designed efficient room - hooks on walls for coat or hang bags out of the way, place for suitcase separate from desk/counters, desk pulls out from side table. Plenty of plug ins. Welcoming hotel Staff. Lobby includes pool table and nice areas to visit, eat, etc. Few snacks and drinks available for purchase as well. Coffee and tea available at all times. Breakfast had good options each day - sausage or potatoes, eggs/omelettes, yogurt, pancakes, prepared oatmeal. I chose Tru b/c it was near a scheduled appointment that I could walk to if I wished to. It also was near nail salons, shopping center and restaurants.

Very nice hotel, the only reason I give 3 stars, because I asked the front desk to put me in a room away from kids, I said, I need quiet rest and am tired from kids. He smiled, and promised me a quiet room.... Guess what... there were kids on the floor above me and the both rooms next to mine, and they were all screaming until 11 pm. When I called around 10 m and asked the person who put me in this hell, he said there is nothing they can do. All I learned from this experience is not to trust liars at the front desk. Will never stay there again.

It was in a commercial area. Didnt even look like a hotel from the exterior. Hard to distinguish from the warehouse buildings around it. My room had no handsoap or conditioner upon arrival which does not say much for housekeeping after check out. But in turn, our rooms were tidied up daily. The front staff were all very friendly, polite and helpful. Highly unlikely I would return or recommend your facility.

We showed up with a little dog, front desk just made us pay a 35$ pet fee and we were on our way to our room. Everything went smooth
