The property itself is nice, however the location is left to be desired due to it being located on the same block as a homeless shelter. The studio was affordable and close enough to the downtown core to have the amenities nearby. The host is a lovely person and is very detailed and friendly. I would stay again for the affordable price but the area isn’t a great one. We couldn’t figure out where the garbage had to be taken out so we ended up leaving it in a trash can outside after checking out. The host, while lovely, can be a bit delayed on communication, creating some anxiety as you reach past the time you were allowed to check in with no “okay” to do so. Nonetheless it was an overall a good clean place stay and I am thankful for that.
