Highly discouraged to stay there!

The front desk took a 100.00 deposit which was not mentioned till check-in. Okay fine all good till we saw the state of our room carpet. Our room was not as clean as many other major hotels we’ve been in. Also, there were so many urine stains on our carpet our service dog had no idea where to lay. When you laid on the bed you could feel the springs popping and they continued all night. The pillows, all different, were a mixture of everything, no two alike, all bad! The towels were so tiny and so hard it actually scratched my skin. However, the lobby was very nice but really quite dark. Overall… they will never see us again!

The hotel is deceptive.It looks like they spent the budget on the lobby and the pub and forgot about the rooms. The room had 1 roll of toilet paper and paper thin towels. Cleaners didnt make beds or restock the room after the first night. There is better hotel options, shop around.

My room was comfortable and I had a good stay. The restaurant served a delicious meal that I ordered for dinner, but I got sick that night and couldn't help wondering if it was a mild case of food poisoning from that restaurant. I can't say for sure but I would avoid eating there again.
