Clean, comfy beds. The staff who helped my check in was so kind and sweet! The hot tub wasn’t working but my teen still enjoyed the pool! Chop was accessible through the first floor.

I was not offered and upgrade to another room - nothing. Not impressed. Further, went to shave in the morning and only a trickle of water out of the sink facet.
