Lobby has been redone. Rooms are old and smell like they were smoked in since 1980. They pre-auth your card for a night plus an extra night. Parking is not great, has two hour max in some spots but that was not the case so not sure where to park at first and it is tight.

There wasn't two restaurants and a cafe as advertised. Thankfully there was a variety of outside restaurants within walking distance The hot water tap would not shut off in the jacuzzi tub. The staff were prompt in fixing the tap but the hotel did not offer a discount

There was smoke in my room on the 4th floor on Sunday because the air vent is in the bathroom. Not a very safe sleep. The hottub wasn't working. When I booked in early July the internet did not say that !!!

We picked the king bed suite w/jetted tub. It was spacious and has a separate living area. Bathroom also has a tub/shower. I was amazed how quiet the room was considering there’s lots of traffic out front. There’s also a train tracks near by but we couldn’t hear any of that in our room. This place has an amazing workout room downstairs, there’s even racket ball rooms. I was excited to use the pool and jacuzzi tub but they were cold. So cold I couldn’t use them so that was a let down. There is restaurants around this hotel and a Starbucks within walking distance. Good place to stay, you’re close to Scottsdale Mall and other places to shop. The jacuzzi being cold was the only disappointment. I could have said something but feel I shouldn’t have to. Good thing our room had a jetted tub to make up for it.

The staff was top notch however the hotel needs an update and the room we were in had an adjoining room door and the people next to us were very loud until midnight. The staff were proactive in sending security up but it made for a late night when we had an early event the next day.
