Hotel is located nearby Airport but far from downtown core. Food options are limited nearby. Room itself was tidy and somewhat clean but did have wallpaper blunders and red paint on the office lampshade which was odd. The AC did not seem to work properly as well. Staff was amazing to deal with and offered support whenever needed.

Arrived at hotel. 2 staff sitting at check in. Neither greeted me or indicated who would be available to check me in. No other customers around. One eventually indicated that she would check me in. The other (manager?) came over and asked me if I was travelling for work or on my own. When I said on my own, she asked me if I would be interested in a reduced rate with no taxes or paperwork if I paid cash. I said I didn’t want to and she pressured me saying “you don’t like to save money?” It was very strange and felt like a scam and didn’t set the tone positively for my stay. The shuttle took over 31 minutes to come while I waited outside. The shuttle driver’s driving was erratic and aggressive and our trip ended with a road rage situation with another driver once we arrived at the hotel. The restaurant staff were good and I enjoyed the food I ate there - the burger was a homemade patty. Don’t think I’ll ever be back!

Late night shuttle from airport to hotel took a long time to arrive, but the return trip was excellent. Hot, freshly cooked breakfast (voucher) was great, and the paid menu looked good, although I just had the complimentary one. Lobby & adjoining restaurant were very nice. Very large room, extremely comfortable bed & linens. Perfect for a quick stay near airport. Would stay there again

The staff were very friendly. The bed was super comfortable but bring your own pillow. The food at the restaurant was delicious put the kitchen was very slow at supper time. For breakfast we ended up walking out as we had no service while sitting there, only 1 waiter
