Great room for the money. Clean, updated and no carpet. The bed was comfortable and clean. Kitchenette worked lovely and the staff was helpful. The area isn’t an ideal location but was very close to the west Edmonton mall!

Lobby is on the main floor. Rest of main floor is designated for a day care and another future business. Rooms are all on 2nd and 3rd. Pros: Clean. Friendly and accommodating staff. Easy access to and from the hotel. Close to West Edmonton mall and other shopping attractions. Cons: Lacking simple amenities such as ice and vending machines.

You can constantly hear the people above us walking or whatever. The floors in our room were very uneven. Room smelled old although recently renovated. They were very clean and large. Check in was difficult. I made 1 reservation for 2 rooms and online would only let me check in for 1 room. My credit card wasn't working at the front desk to check in to the other room and they couldn't seem to use the same card on the reservation. Very odd. Located along a busy road, good hotel for 1 night and get going! I swear there are "long term" people staying here too.
