There was no one at the front desk when we checked in. Tv and air conditioner not working. No hot water. Calls to front desk never answered. I reserved through Expedia for 2 rooms for 2 elderly people - they were 2 hallways apart, clerk refused to put us closer. I called the actual hotel before we booked and was told there was a continental breakfast. There was no breakfast. Man who came to fix tv could not speak any English -he spoke into his phone in his language and showed me his phone. It said “Can you change your socks. I would like you to change your socks” ??? I gave up then as we couldn’t converse. Very disappointed in the whole visit!

Small pillows, clean room.

Standard pillows, when I would expect king size for a king size bed. Floors very creaky when walking in hallways and room. Clean room. Staff was friendly. Weird area of town, no close amenities. Door to hotel locked at 8pm made me think it was an unsafe area. Updated rooms.

The room was adequate but not what was advertised. Our room didn't get made up each day which is really terrible. If you just need a place to crash at a reasonable price it works but otherwise find something else. I had to move a piece of furniture and when I did it was disgustingly dirty underneath and behind, including old food that had dropped down!

Inconvenient as too far from conference where I am going. Also! The staff , I don’t like making comment negative, as I also work with people. I understand the service. No trolly available. My husband did not like the area as well as the bed is not been followed for where I booked. I lost money for the reservations. As the facility did not so great for my husband. Who has low mobility. So sorry

Hotel is sitting just in a highway so is really noisy all the time.From my room i can hear the conversations of neighboring guest from other rooms.No rest at all! Hot water was an issue as well.

The room was fine, good value for money. It's a bit noisy as the walls are thin and the flooring is hard not carpeted so you hear a lot of noise from other guests.

Even though the hotel was recently renovated, the actual renovation work was very poor quality. Lots of paint drops on the floor, missing base boards, grout work was poor, walls were dirty, etc. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Sound travels quite easily between rooms. Could hear a child through the walls from the room next to us.
