Please treat our home with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no property manager living on site. If property issues are brought up at the end of the stay, no refunds will be applied, as it was not brought to our attention to address.
No smoking or vaping indoors, in garage, or on premises for safety & insurance reasons. Please smoke away from the front door porch are as well when smoking outside. If house rules are not followed or there is risk of danger to others we do have the right to involve Airbnb and/or local authorities which may result in cancelation of your booking.
