We were on the 4th floor. Around 7am there was a lot of very loud banging noises, I’m not sure if there was construction or a gym or what the noise was but it was quite disruptive but other then that this was a great place to stay for the night

The bathroom was just very clean. It was very very noisy. Loud from some sort of even in the hotel, but there were also some extremely loud thuds pretty frequently. I can’t even imagine what they were, they were loud enough that it sounded like the roof was going to cave in, and the whole room shook.

Our room wasn’t ready for us when we got there over an hour after check-in which was disappointing and inconvenient as we had dinner reservations. We were late for our reservations but the staff did leave a free bottle of wine and some chocolates in our room.

Staff was helpful, rooms were tidy! Area felt unsafe leaving our vehicles in the parking lot overnight, a lot of homeless population around the hotel/in the lobby/ loitering around the vehicles. Also got a parking ticket even though I called down from my room afterwards and gave the hotel staff my license plate #

I love this hotel. Clean with a nice ambiance. Staff attentive and pleasant. It could use a bit of refurbishing, particularly outside, but overall relaxing and enjoyable.
